Gábor Fejes Tóth
Gábor Fejes Tóth (* 1947 ) is a Hungarian mathematician who works with discrete and combinatorial geometry.
He is the son of the geometer László Fejes Tóth . Fejes Toth studied at the Lorand Eötvös University in Budapest, received his doctorate from the Hungarian Academy of Sciences in 1977 and qualified as a professor in 1995. He has been at the Alfred Renyi Institute of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences since 1973.
He headed the expert group that evaluated Thomas Hales' proof of the Kepler conjecture until 2003 .
