Gabriel Díaz (Bessón) (* around 1590 in Madrid (?); † after 1631 there) was a Spanish conductor and composer .

He first worked in his hometown as the vice-choirmaster of the royal chapel and also as a conductor in the Encarnación monastery, after which he moved to Lerma , Granada and Córdoba , before taking over the position of conductor at the Descalsas Reales monastery in Madrid in 1631.

Nothing has survived of his work as a composer of sacred works, as everything was destroyed in the 1755 earthquake in Lisbon. Only a few of his secular compositions have survived.
