The Gadenweither Klamm is located in southern Lower Austria and begins in Gadenweith , a small settlement in the municipality of Ternitz . It leads through a short gorge along a stream that is fed by the Johannesquelle , and is accessed by a marked path, which then joins a forest road further up. This gorge is located on the northern slope of the Gahn , part of the Schneeberg , which is the highest mountain in Lower Austria.
