Gaius Ostorius Tranquillianus
Gaius Ostorius Tranquillianus was a member of the Roman knighthood ( eques ) living in the 2nd century AD .
Tranquillianus came from Rome. By military diplomas is evidence that he n. Chr. Commander of the year 153 Ala I Augusta Gallorum was that at this time in the province of Mauretania Tingitana was stationed. The leadership of the Ala was probably his third military command ( militia tertia ).
