Gallows (tool)
A gallows is a tool of the watchmaking for mounting and adjustment of movements .
Clocks
In clocks a gallows is usually a device for suspending a clockwork, which leveled or leveled can be. The horizontal alignment improves the movement of the watch , as the lowest frictional forces act on the moving parts of the movement.
Small watches
