Galmac is a cultivar of the cultivated apple ( Malus domestica ). The Galmac variety is a very early variety, it ripens in late July to early August.

It was created in 1986 as a cross between Jerseymac × Gala at the Changins-Wädenswil research station and has been marketed since 1996.

The fruit has a green to yellow basic color with a strong red covering color. The flesh is white, crisp and firm. The taste of the apple is sweet and sour and aromatic.
