Bare garden glass (GB) is a transparent, almost colorless flat glass that is made by machine using the drawing or float process. It has bare surfaces on both sides, is practically even and evenly thick.

Bare garden glass is preferably used for glazing greenhouses as well as other cultural areas in horticulture and agriculture .

In addition, this type of glass is often used for self-assembly of flat solar panels . The transmission factor for vertical irradiation is approx. 0.9.
