The garden city of Oberesslingen is a housing estate in the east of Esslingen am Neckar in the Oberesslingen district , which was planned according to the principles of a garden city . May 11th / 18th In June 1912 the non-profit building cooperative for single-family houses was founded, in 1912 the architect Jacobus Goettel from Stuttgart made the design for the estate.
