Architecture and history
The street-side residential building on the property designated as an industrial park in the city's list of monuments was built in 1856. The simple, classicist facade is strictly structured with five axes. Cross-frame windows are available as windows . Round arches span the windows in which stucco with floral decoration is incorporated.
In the yard of the property there is a farm building with a gallery.
