The Gay Nigger Association of America ( GNAA , dt. Association of Gay Niggers of America ) is an organization of Internett roles and hackers that different among other blogs hacked.

The name is provocative on purpose and is believed to be derived from the 1992 Danish short film Gayniggers from Outer Space . The victims included Slashdot , Wikipedia , CNN , Linux and Barack Obama's campaign website. They also announced information about software and operating systems under development ahead of time.

organization

The GNAA also operates a wiki on Internet topics and a software download area. GNAA members also founded Goatse Security , who appear on gray hat web security issues . Also Goatse has obscene connotations . The English Wikipedia article on the group was used by Andrew Lih to play the Wikipedia system against itself.

Actions

Weev aka Andrew Auernheimer (2010), Ex-President of the GNAA

After Goatse Security published a vulnerable part of the AT&T website and associated e-mails in 2010, the then President of the GNAA, the hacker “weev” and the GNAA member “JacksonBrown” (each with a pseudonym) were temporarily arrested. In 2007 the GNAA, according to its own information, convinced CNN reporter Paula Zahn that one in three Americans believed in conspiracy theories as of September 11, 2001 . CNN then started several broadcasts on the alleged misconception, including the fake page "jewsdidwtc.com" set up by GNAA as the actual source and evidence of widespread conspiracy theories.

In 2013, the GNAA started the "# cut4bieber" campaign on Twitter together with the imageboard 4chan , in which fans of Justin Bieber should be inspired to harm themselves .
