The Pod Zegarem memorial ( Eng . Under the clock) in Lublin is a branch of the Lublin Museum. It was founded in 1979 on the initiative of the Association of Former Political Prisoners in Lublin Castle and the Association “Pod Zegarem”. It is located in the cells of the former Gestapo prison at Universitätsstrasse 1 in Lublin. Conservation work was carried out in two cells by the monument protection authorities and inscriptions written by the inmates on the cell walls were protected. The equipment of the detention center (a dark cell) was reproduced. The memorial has a collection of documents from prisoners from the castle (letters, receipts , postcards) and letters from the concentration camps to which the prisoners were deported, as well as announcements and ordinances issued by the Germans from 1939–1944. A separate collection includes personal documents and memorabilia from the prisoners from the castle, as well as the prison's photo archive from 1939–1954. The museum also has a large selection of photos from Lublin from 1939–1944. The permanent exhibitions are: “The History of the Castle Prison and the Pod Zegarem Prison” and “The Martyrdom of Young People in Lublin and the Lublin Scouts 1939–1945”.
