Geiss Haejm
Geiss Haejm , born Helmut Josef Geiss , also Geisshaim (born October 23, 1951 in Zwiesel ) is a German songwriter and writer .
He attended the glass technical school in Zwiesel and was a glass apparatus blower from 1969 to 1972, educator training in West Berlin , from 1974 to 1977 educator in Zwiesel, from 1977 to 1992 boarding school director in Bad Wörishofen , from 1992 to 2001 residential manager in Regen. Today he lives in Zwiesel again.
From 1966 he wrote and composed over 600 time-critical songs, mostly in Bavarian dialect. He appeared at cabaret theaters in southern Germany and in Berlin, especially in 1980, 1983 and 1984 at the Nuremberg Bardentreffen . Since 1978, several publications have been published by BAAM-Edition.
