Community Lumen Christi
The Lumen Christi Community is a community that was formed out of an “initiative group”. It is affiliated with the Catholic Evangelization Center Maihingen , which was founded in 1984 and is located in the former Birgittenkloster in Maihingen . Its members belong to the Roman Catholic Church . It has had its current name since Easter 1994.
In addition, there is the Evangelical Sisters' Convention “Lumen Christi” within the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Bavaria . The Catholic Evangelization Center Maihingen was renamed in 2013 to "Maihingen Monastery".
