The old house Geneickener Road 157 is in the district Bonnenbroich-Geneicken in Mönchengladbach ( Nordrhein-Westfalen ).
The building was built in the 19th century. It was entered under No. G 007 on December 4, 1984 in the monuments list of the city of Mönchengladbach .
architecture
Property no. 157 is a freestanding half-timbered house . The two-storey building has unusual dimensions about 12 × 10 m, facing Geneickener Straße with a hipped roof . In the extension to the north-east is an older, originally preserved half-timbered courtyard with two-storey buildings . The property is closed on the garden side with a brick wall as well as an entrance and an industrial gate.
