The half-timbered house at Geneickener Straße 24a is located in the Bonnenbroich-Geneicken district in Mönchengladbach ( North Rhine-Westphalia ).

The building was constructed in the late 19th century. It was entered under No. G 012 on September 24, 1985 in the monuments list of the city of Mönchengladbach .

architecture

The property is a two story, eaves befenstertes half-timbered house of three containers from the late 19th century. The building is a gable roof completed.

The building is worth preserving as part of the village half-timbered substance that is characteristic of the Geneicken district, but its existence has already been severely decimated .
