The second season of Geordie Shore , a British reality TV series, takes place again in Newcastle upon Tyne , but in a different location. It first aired on January 31, 2012 on MTV . The two new Geordies are Ricci and Rebecca. The focus of the season is the crumbling relationship between Sophie and her boyfriend Joel, which she ends in the course of the series. Vicky has to choose between her friend Dan and the newcomer Ricci. She eventually chooses Ricci. Charlotte is fed up with Gaz's girls and Holly begins an affair with James. Season 3 aired in the summer of 2012 .

Everyone wants James to finally get a girl into bed and they help him by inviting some chicks to dinner who are more interested in Gary. Holly would go to bed with James right away, but he doesn't want her. That's why she's making out with his buddy Ben. The crew has to help out with Sophie's dad in the restaurant, and Rebecca is upset because Jay's former flame Amanda comes to dinner and Jay talks to her. In the end, Jay and Gary almost fight over Rebecca.
    11 3 February 14, 2012 60 min. 538,000 Vicky feels guilty for cheating on her boyfriend with Ricci. James finally picks up a girl and has sex with her. Rebecca and Jay fight because she doesn't want sex with him. Holly and Vicky get Sophie birthday presents, and when they come back inside, Vicky's friend Dan is suddenly there. Ricci gets totally drunk. Finally Vicky tells Dan what about Ricci (an embellished truth), he reacts cool. You have sex. It's Sophie's birthday, everyone's going to party.
    12 4th February 21, 2012 60th min 596,000 James continues his lucky streak with women, unlike the unhappily in love Sophie who is sold for stupid. Gary convinces Charlotte to come back ... but did she manage to get over him as she'd hoped?
    13 5 February 28, 2012 60 min. 652,000 Sophie is looking forward to a visit from her boyfriend Joel, but things are not going quite as she imagined. They quarrel and Sophie breaks up. It's Vicky's birthday, and Ricci takes the opportunity to show her how much he likes her. Is his plan to conquer it working?
    14th 6th March 6, 2012 60 min. 686,000 Ricci and Gaz are sent home by Anna because of the argument on Vicky's birthday. Sophie and Joel make up again, which Vicky doesn't think is great. Holly gets extremely drunk and pukes in her bed. The whole crew goes on a bike ride to fight their hangover. Vicky, Charlotte and Sophie go to a clairvoyant to question them about their relationships. The girls go to Leeds, do a colonic irrigation and go partying. Rebecca is on her nerve because the other girls (except Holly) ignore her.
    15th 7th March 13, 2012 60 min. 679,000 The honeymoon is over when Vicky and Ricci split up. Rebecca reveals her secret party trick, to Jay's particular delight, while Gary clears up with Charlotte. Pure crazy affection!
    16 8th March, 20th 60 min. 711,000 After a big argument, the house blessing still hangs wrong, and the boys and girls from 'Geordie Shore' go their separate ways for the time being. But because the move-out is imminent, everyone gives each other a jerk and reconciles, and there is a big farewell party.
