The George A. Olah Award in Hydrocarbon or Petroleum Chemistry is an American Chemical Society (ACS) award in petrochemical and hydrocarbon chemistry and has been awarded since 1948. Before 1997 it was called the ACS Award in Petroleum Chemistry . It is endowed with $ 5,000 and named after the chemist George A. Olah .
