Gerardo Luis Fernández (born March 29, 1977 ) is an Argentine cyclist .
Gerardo Fernández began his career in 2003 with the Antarte-Rota dos Moveis cycling team . In 2005 he drove for the Portuguese team Paredes Rota dos Moveis . This season he won a stage at the Troféu Joaquim Agostinho and also won the overall standings. In 2006 Fernández drove for the Spanish Continental Team Vina Magna-Cropu . In 2008 he became the Argentine road racing champion .
After a break of eight years, Fernández began racing again.
