The Grande Prémio Internacional de Torres Vedras - Troféu Joaquim Agostinho ( Portuguese for: Grand International Prize of Torres Vedras - Trophy Joaquim Agostinho) is a Portuguese cycling race . It is now dedicated to the cyclist Joaquim Agostinho , born here in 1943 , who fell on the Algarve Tour in 1984 and died of injuries a few days later.

The stage race was held for the first time in 1978 and has been held annually at the beginning of July since then. The venue is the Portuguese region of Torres Vedras . The stage race has been part of the UCI Europe Tour since 2005 and is classified in category 2.2. Record winners are the Spaniard David Bernabéu and the three Portuguese Ricardo Mestre , Joaquim Sampaio and Joaquim Gomes , who have both won the race twice. With the Swiss Fabian Jeker in 2003 and Hardy Groeger from the GDR in 1983, two drivers from German-speaking countries are among the previous winners of the competition.
