Zülpich history workshop

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Zülpich history workshop is a museum on the history of the city in Zülpich .

After the integration of the premises of the former Heimatmuseum Zülpich in the old Provostei am Mühlenberg into the Museum of Bathing Culture and the necessary closure of the Heimatmuseum, most of the exhibition holdings of the old Heimatmuseum were transferred to the newly created history workshop from 2009 to October 2011. The exhibition rooms are now in the rooms of the Landesburg Zülpich, which is also located on Mühlenberg . Entry is free and the museum is open Saturday and Sunday. The sponsors of the museum are the city of Zülpich and the Zülpich history association .

The exhibition covers prehistory, the first millennium, the Middle Ages, recent history and the church (spanning all eras).
