Society of German-speaking Lymphologists

The Society of German-speaking Lymphologists (GDL) is a scientific association of doctors and scientists who are interested in theoretical and clinical questions of lymphology and its border areas.

The association was founded in 1985 in Vienna, today's seat is Freiburg im Breisgau . The GDL has been a member of the Working Group of Medical Scientific Societies since 1997 and is thus actively involved in guideline development. The Society's annual congress ( Lymphologica ), which takes place every two years in autumn, is organized in cooperation with the sister organization, the German Society for Lymphology .
