German Society for Lymphology

The German Society for Lymphology (DGL) is a professional association for therapists and researchers working in lymphology , based in Friedenweiler .

It was founded in 1976. Objectives include research funding, training and further education and the transfer of experience and knowledge within the specialist field and to the general public. In addition, the interests of therapists and patients are represented vis-à-vis professional organizations and authorities. The Society's annual congress, which takes place in autumn, is organized in cooperation with the sister organization Society of German-speaking Lymphologists .
