The Kirschstrasse industrial area is a 120,000 square meter industrial area in the Allach district of Munich .

The area borders on Oertelplatz in the north, the railway line lies in the east, and residential areas in the south and west. 26 companies are rented on the site, and a further 23 companies are sublet. Today the area is mainly used as a logistics location. The gross floor area is around 90,000 square meters. It is the second largest industrial park in the north of Munich after the Euro-Industriepark .

The name Kirschgelände goes back to the Theodor Kirsch & Söhne steam sawmill, which was located there from 1895 to 1954.
