Trade union

A trade union meeting or trade day is a decision-making meeting of the shareholders of a mining union . It corresponds to the general meeting of a stock corporation . The right to vote at the trade union assembly is exercised according to Kuxen and not according to persons. Resolutions are passed with a simple majority.
