Geworg Kasparov
Geworg Kasparov ( Armenian Գևորգ Կասպարով ; Russian Геворг Владимирович Каспаров ; born July 25, 1980 in Yerevan , Armenian SSR , USSR ) is a football player of the Armenian national football team .
Kasparov signed a two-year contract with Pas Tehran on January 25, 2007 and made his debut game on March 6, 2007 against FC Malavan. After the club was dissolved and after only 10 games, he returned to Armenia and played again for FC Pyunik Yerevan , his previous club. Another change led him to FC Alaschkert Martuni .
International
He is a member of the Armenian national soccer team and was a decisive player in qualifying for the 2008 European soccer championship .
