Ghardimaou

Ghardimaou ( Arabic غار الدماء, DMG Ġār ad-Dimāʾ ) is a city in Tunisia with approx. 20,000 inhabitants.
Ghardimaou is 11 kilometers from the border with Algeria and belongs to the Jendouba governorate . Most of the residents speak a Tunisian dialect. Road signs and other signs are written in French as well as in Arabic . The Ghardimaou train station is part of the network of the national railway company SNFT . International traffic to Algeria has been suspended since the 1990s.
