Giampiero Gianella

Giampiero Gianella (born February 13, 1952 in Sorengo ) is a Swiss civil servant from the canton of Ticino .

Giampiero Gianella studied law at the University of Bern and was then employed by the cantonal administration. In the fall of 1993 he was appointed State Chancellor. He retired in August 2016.

He is a board member of the Swiss Society for Legislation (SGG).
