Giuliano Ferrara
Giuliano Ferrara (born January 7, 1952 in Rome ) is an Italian journalist , editor of the newspaper Il Foglio and politician.
From 1989 to 1993 Ferrara was a member of the European Parliament . Elected as an independent, he joined the socialist faction. Therefore, he was considered a leftist until he joined the Berlusconi government .
In 1994 he was minister and press spokesman in the first government of the Italian Prime Minister Berlusconi. He is considered one of the most prominent intellectuals among Berlusconi's supporters.
