The Golden Triangle Bank (골든 트라이앵글 은행) is a bank in North Korea . She is based in the city of Rason in Hamgyong-pukto Province . The institute was founded in March 1996. It reports to the Ministry of Post . It is led by Kim Jong-geun . Your main task is to provide financial support and advice to potential investors.

It is the only bank in the country that allows foreigners to open and maintain an account. The customer receives a special debit card , which only works within the special economic zone . Furthermore, you can only get and spend the North Korean won at the actual exchange rate here .
