Golden mask
The Golden Mask (Russian: Solotaja Maska - Золотая Маска) is a national Russian theater prize awarded annually in Moscow . It is awarded in different categories:
- Best staging (large play) and best staging (small play)
- Best director
- Best Actor and Best Actress
- Best supporting role
- Best puppet theater production
- Innovation award
Golden Mask is also the name of the Russian theater company that draws up the nominations and organizes the event. The company is active throughout Russia and organizes various cultural events.
