The Grattacielo di Cesenatico is a skyscraper in the center of the Italian municipality of Cesenatico . Along with the Grand Hotel Cesenatico, it is one of the town's two landmarks and is 118 meters high.

The skyscraper was built from 1952 to 1958. With its height of 118 m until 1960 it was the tallest building in Italy . The building has 35 floors, 30 of which are used for a total of 120 apartments.
