Gray Corps

The boys' association Graues Corps was an elite association of the German youth movement with around 300 to 400 members. The Gray Corps is one of the best-known leagues in the Reich Committee of German Youth Associations .

history

The youth association was founded by Alfred Schmid , also known by his journey name Fred. Schmidt owed the Gray Corps to an extraordinary degree its existence.

The "Gray Corps" split off from the German Freischar just like the dj.1.11 at the camp in Ludwigswinkel (July 28 to August 3, 1930) . In June 1934 the Bund was banned and dissolved by the National Socialists.
