architecture
The four-storey apartment building is made of a combination of brick and plaster.
The brick- facing front side with two window axes is accentuated on both sides by a bow-shaped facade extension of the side fronts. Groups of windows that surround the corners (third floor) and curves correspond to the plasticity of the front. The two planar shaped side walls are identical with backsteinsichtigem ground and plastered upper storeys and by means of a molded block - cornice divided horizontally.
The seven-axis front is divided into two “thermometer” windows across each floor, each illuminating a stairwell and illustrating the division into two residential buildings. Two uniformly formulated entrances with arched arches and brick framing open up the two building wings on each side of the street. The uniformly transversely rectangular window openings are framed with shaped stones and arranged in regular rows; A single, small-format rectangular window on each floor opens the left, bow-shaped facade section. Four dormers continue the window axes into the roof area.
