The large stone grave Reinstorf is a burial complex of the Neolithic funnel cup culture near the community of Reinstorf in the district of Lüneburg ( Lower Saxony ). It bears the Sprockhoff number 693.
location
The grave is located in a forest south of Reinstorf, immediately south of the federal highway 216 and about 100 m west of the intersection with Reinstorfer Straße / Hauptstraße.
description
The complex has an approximately north-south oriented burial chamber. Only the end stone on the northern narrow side and the adjoining wall stone on the western long side are still in situ . More stones, some of which were blown up, are scattered around. Due to this poor state of preservation, neither the dimensions nor the original appearance of the chamber can be determined more precisely.
