Grupo Antolin is a multinational automotive supplier from Spain that develops and manufactures interior parts for the automotive industry. The company was founded in the 1950s as the first company of the Antolin family in Burgos, Spain .

In the 1990s, the company began setting up new production facilities abroad. In 2014 the group was already productive in 25 countries with 86 production and 25 technical-commercial locations as well as 15,400 employees and total sales of 2.25 billion euros . In January 2012, Grupo Antolin took over the French group CML Innovative Technologies, including its locations and workforce; In 2015, the takeover of the Interiors division from Magna followed , doubling sales.

The Group's CEO is José Manuel Temiño Estefanía; José Antolin Toledano is the honorary chairman.
