Grutas Mira Daire

The Gruta dos Moinhos Velhos , better known as Grutas Mira Daire , are a cave complex in the municipality of Mira de Aire , in the central Portuguese district of Porto de Mós .

The show cave is considered the largest known cave in Portugal.

It was discovered in 1947 and has been a listed building since 1955. To date, 8,000 meters are known.
