Longxiang Guandi Temple

The Guandi Temple of Longxiang ( Chinese  龙 香 关帝庙 , Pinyin Lóngxiāng Guāndì miào , English Guandi Temple in Longxiang ) is a temple in the village of Longxiang ( 龙 香 村 ) dedicated to Guan Yu (who is worshiped as the god of war under the name Guandi ) the community Diantou ( 店头乡 ) of the circle Xinjiang the Chinese province of Shanxi . It was founded during the Song Dynasty . Its main hall dates from the time of the Mongol dynasty , other buildings date from the time of the Manchu dynasty .

Longxiang Guandi Temple ( Longxiang Guandi miao ) has been on the list of monuments of the People's Republic of China (6-425) since 1996 .
