history

On March 24, 2011, the Forces Nouvelles reached Guiglo during their offensive in the wake of the 2010/2011 government crisis . According to the Opération des Nations Unies en Côte d'Ivoire , the situation was chaotic, during which militia officers looted, for example, a camp of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees .
