The Good upper Lindenberg with the address Schumacherring 15 is a listed building in the independent town Kempten (Allgäu) .

The main building of the manor is a two-story building with a flat gable roof. The core of the building is from the early 18th century or has been renewed there. There used to be stucco too . The cellar ceiling is constructed as a curved barrel.

The outbuilding is a massive gable roof building from the 19th century.

In the 19th century the estate was largely redesigned. In April 1945 it was damaged by incendiary bombs, the target of these World War II bombs by the Allies was actually the Ostbahnhof and the artillery barracks . The estate was then rebuilt and modernized in the following years.
