Gwendolyn Rutten
Gwendolyn Rutten (born June 26, 1975 in Hasselt ) is a Belgian politician of the Open Vlaamse Liberalen en Democrats .
Life
Rutten studied law at the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven . From 2010 to 2014 Rutten was a member of the Belgian Chamber of Deputies . From 2014 to 2017, Rutten was a member of the Flemish Parliament . Rutten has been party leader of the Open Vlaamse Liberalen en Democrats since 2012.
