The Lahnstrasse group of houses in Bremen , Neustadt district, Neustadt district, was built in 1905 on Lahnstrasse . This group of buildings has been a listed building in Bremen since 1977 .

history

The plastered, three-storey apartment and commercial buildings were built in the reform style in very different ways for a middle class at the turn of the century .
The ensemble includes houses no.27 ( gable corner house ), 29 (gable house), 31 (house with gable ) and 33 (corner house with hipped roof ).
The group of buildings was preserved in World War II . The buildings were renovated several times.
Currently (2017) the buildings are used as residential and commercial buildings and a restaurant. The district school association has its headquarters in Lahnstr. 31.
