A croissant winding machine or croissant winding machine is a technical tool for forming dough .

In the professional bakery, specialized croissant wrapping machines are used to form croissants (parisette, braided strands), pretzel sticks, croissants, butter croissants, Kornspitz dough or even to wrap pretzels . The rolled-out dough or dough strings are placed on a belt that runs over several rollers and winds the dough through several deflections.
