The handball club Sachsen Neustadt-Sebnitz (HC Sachsen) is a German handball club whose 1st women's team played two seasons in the 2nd handball Bundesliga season south between 2005 and 2007 . In the 2006/07 season, the team from the second Bundesliga rose again.

The club was founded on June 8th, 1995 in the Schützenhaus Neustadt as a merger of Neustadt and Sebnitz handball players.
- 1998/99 Sachsenmeister, promoted to the Regionalliga Süd-West
- 1999/2000 relegated to the Oberliga Sachsen
- 2000/01 Sachsenmeister, promoted to the Middle Regional League
- 2001/02 5th place in the Regionalliga Mitte
- 2002/03 relegated to the Oberliga Sachsen
- 2003/04 Sachsenmeister, promotion to the Central Regionalliga, Sachsenpokalieger
- 2004/05 champion of the Regionalliga Mitte, promotion to the 2nd Bundesliga, Saxony Cup winner
