HMS Venturer
Five Royal Navy ships were named HMS Venturer :
- the first HMS Venturer was an armed cutter from 1787, which was brought up by the French Navy
- the second HMS Venturer was a French schooner that was captured by the British in the Caribbean
- the third HMS Venturer was a V-class submarine during World War II
- the fourth HMS Venturer was a mine sweeper from 1948
- the fifth HMS Venturer was a former trawler that was converted into a mine clearer in 1978. In 1983 the ship was converted back to a trawler
