HSG Alumni is an alumni organization of the University of St. Gallen . It is organized in the form of an association and has around 27,000 members . In 2010, the association received the award as a “highly professional network” as part of the alumni award “Premium DA-CH” awarded by the alumni-clubs.net (acn) association. Another award followed in 2015 for work in the Career Services division. The support of the alumni in career issues during all phases of life was particularly emphasized. The association emerged from the university association founded in 1931.

The association has described its tasks since 2016 as follows:

  • HSG Alumni creates added value for its members - and demands their commitment. (Create benefit)
  • HSG Alumni is the community of all graduates of the University of St. Gallen . (Networking)
  • HSG Alumni makes a contribution to the development of the University of St. Gallen and supports its students. (Promote)

The organization holds a number of events, including the HSG Alumni Conference. It takes place every two years at different venues with up to 600 alumni.
