The Hacettepe University in Ankara is one of the largest universities in Turkey with 36,112 students and 3,495 academic staff .
history
The university emerged from the children's hospital founded in 1958, on the basis of which a medical university was founded in 1963. Other courses have also been taught since 1964. In 1967 today's Hacettepe University was founded.
