The men's European indoor hockey championship in 2001 was the tenth edition of the men's European indoor hockey championship. It took place from January 19-21, 2001 in Lucerne , Switzerland . Record winners Germany remained the only European champions, Denmark and Portugal relegated to the "B-EM" .
