Indoor rugby

Indoor rugby is a form of rugby that is practiced indoors . Basically, it is a modified version of the low-contact touch rugby , as tackles are not allowed in the hall and pose an excessive risk of injury. Indoor rugby is a popular alternative for many rugby clubs to train in winter.
