Hamshahri
Hamshahri ( Persian همشهری Hamschahri , German Der Mitbürger ) is an Iranian daily newspaper that is published by the Tehran municipal administration; its founder is Gholamhossein Karbastschi .
On February 6, 2006, the head of the graphics department , Farid Mortazavi, announced a Holocaust caricature competition .
