The residential and commercial building Hannenplatz 1 is located in Korschenbroich in the Rhine district of Neuss in North Rhine-Westphalia .

The building was built in 1906 and entered into the list of architectural monuments in Korschenbroich under No. 011 on August 21, 1985 .

It is a two-storey building in five axes with an Art Nouveau facade and a mansard roof with a tail gable and an inscribed date.
